License key help

Lost your key, need to move browsers, or never received it? Here's everything in one place.

1. Check your email

Your license key was emailed within 60 seconds of payment, from receipts@yourserviceswiftly.com. Search for "license key" — and check spam/promotions.

2. Install the extension

Click the install link in the email (Chrome Web Store) and pin the extension to your toolbar.

3. Paste your key

Open the extension popup, click Settings → Activate License, then paste the key exactly as sent. Hit Activate.

4. Confirm activation

You'll see a green ✓ Active badge. That's it — every feature is now unlocked on this browser.

Resend my license key

Email tawuus92@gmail.com from the address you used to subscribe and we'll resend within a few hours (usually under 30 minutes during UK working hours).

Common issues

"Invalid key" error

Make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces. Keys are case-sensitive and always 24 characters long.

Switching computers or browsers

Each subscription supports up to 3 active devices. Just paste the same key on the new device — no reset needed.

Cancelled but want to come back

Resubscribe via the product page and we'll reactivate your existing key automatically.
