1. Who we are

Your Service Swiftly is a UK-based software studio building Chrome extensions and SaaS tools. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us any time at tawuus92@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Account & billing data — email address, name, country, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Product data — for our Chrome extensions: only the URLs and listing identifiers required to provide the feature you opted into (e.g. listing URLs being monitored, guest IDs being screened). We never read passwords, messages, or unrelated browsing data.
  • Support & communications — anything you send us via the contact form or email.
  • Basic analytics — anonymised page views and aggregated usage counts. No fingerprinting.

3. How we use it

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the products you subscribe to.
  • To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, expiry notices).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To detect abuse and keep our community blacklists accurate.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted processors:
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection.
Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments and processes data only on our instructions.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 24 months for tax and accounting compliance. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain types of processing. Email tawuus92@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your session on the website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially we will notify active subscribers by email and update the date at the top of this page.
