Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using any product from Your Service Swiftly ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the products.

2. Subscription billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price shown on the product page.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and exclude any applicable VAT.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension after 3 retry attempts over 7 days.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with any product within 14 days of your first payment, email us at tawuus92@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and are not provided for partial-month usage.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't use our products to break the law or the terms of any platform we integrate with (Depop, Vinted, eBay, AirBnb, Upwork etc.).
  • Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our software.
  • Don't submit false reports to community blacklists. We reserve the right to remove abusive contributors and refuse service.
  • One subscription = one user/business. Team plans on request.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or data accuracy issues outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, and content are owned by Your Service Swiftly. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products while your account is in good standing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
